Due to the year-end and New Year holidays, we will not be able to accept new reservations from December 25, 2025, to January 4, 2026. New reservations will be accepted starting January 5, 2026.

25/03/05 Same-day reservations are accepted. You can book a special experience unique to Koyasan (external site).
"The site 'More Koyasan' introduces and allows you to book special experiences currently taking place at Koyasan. It provides information on events and special experiences happening now, temples where you can enjoy Shojin Ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine), and more, to fully enjoy Koyasan."

25/03/04 Official Koyasan Shukubo Association Reservation Site Now Open
"The official reservation site of the Koyasan Shukubo Association has launched a new service(request reservation)where the Shukubo Association Secretariat listens to your needs and suggests suitable temple lodgings. Please take advantage of this service!
Additionally, we plan to gradually start online reservations for temple lodgings in Koyasan."
